Membership Reports
This section contains all reports previously provided on the existing application.
Reports are separated into 4 sections:
- Students
- Coaches
- School
- District
- Click on the button next to the desired section at the top of the page.
- Specific reports for each section are listed inside the box.
- Click on the desired report.
Students
The All American report lists every All American for the desired school year, including student name, school, graduating year, state and final point total.
NFL All American
- Select the desired school year.
- Click Search - A list of the All American students will appear below.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
Find Student Record enables the user to search for a student by first name, last name, graduating year, and/or merit number. The report will display student name, merit number, school, and their graduating year.

- Enter any or all of the following:
- first name, last name, graduating year, merit number
- Click Search - A list of relevant student records will appear below.
- To go directly to a student summary, click on a student's name.
- To go directly to the school summary, click on a school name.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
Coaches
The Diamond Coaches Report lists all coaches that have obtained new diamonds within a given date range, including the number of diamonds awarded, school, point total, and date of new diamond.

- Enter the date range by clicking on the calendar
to the right of each field.
- Make sure to have both a beginning and ending date.
- Click Search - A list of diamond coaches will appear below.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
- To go directly to a coach summary, click on a coach's name.
Find Coach Record enables the user to search for a coach by first name, last name, and/or member number. The report will display coach name, merit number, school, and state.

- Click Search - A list of relevant coach records will appear below.
- To go directly to a coach summary, click on a coach's name.
- To go directly to the school summary, click on a school name.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
Schools
The Largest NFL Schools report lists the top 50 Schools depending on the school's strength, including school number, advisor, state, and total degrees.

- Select the appropriate district and school year from the drop-down menus.
- Click Search - A list of leading schools in the chosen district will appear below.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
The Largest Number of New Degrees report lists the top 50 Schools depending on the school's strength, including advisor, state, total new degrees, and strength.
Note: Enrollment Top 10 has been merged with this report and is now the top 10 schools displayed.

- Select the appropriate school year from the drop-down menu.
- Click Search - A list of schools will appear below.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
The Affiliate Strength report lists all Affiliate schools and their strength sorted by State, including affiliate codes and school advisors.

- Select the appropriate school year from the drop-down menu.
- Click Search - A list of affiliate schools will appear below.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
Club Reports contains all seven reports based on each school's strength, including school advisor, state, and total strength. Schools are sorted by strength.

- Click Search - A list of schools will appear below.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
Find a School Record enables the user to search for a school by school name and state. The report will display all relevant schools and their address.

- Click Search - A list of relevant school records will appear below.
- To go directly to the school summary, click on a school name.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
Districts
The Chair Information report lists all information regarding the district chair including name, address, phone, and email.

- Select the desired district by name or district number
- Click Search - district chair information will appear below.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
- To go directly to the district summary, click on a district name.
The District Standings report shows the districts in order of either strength or district number, including the new degrees for this year and their total strength.

- Select the desired school year and sorting preference from the drop-down menus.
- Click Search - all district names and standings will appear below.
- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
The District Tournament report gives results from the district tournament by each school within a district, including degrees earned; debate/speech, house, and senate slots; paid status; trophies; and trophy points.

- To download the report, click Export to Excel.
