| 2007-2008 District Tournament Manual | The District Tournament Manual contains rules, instructions, awards and procedures for district tournament competitions. NFL sponsors and students interested in entering and qualifying for District and National Tournaments should read and understand the District Tournament Manual. Updated March 31st, 2008 |
| 2007-2008 National Tournament Manual | The National Tournament Manual contains rules, instructions and procedures for district tournament competitions. This Manual includes the NFL Appendices. Updated October 20, 2007 |
| District Qualifer/Alternate Form | As soon as a District Tournament has been completed, this 2-page form needs to be completed, signed and forwarded to the NFL Office |
| National Tournament Single Entry Letter of Intent | This must be filled out if a student intends to double-enter in two events. |
| District Tournament Bonus | A school which enters two entries in each and every NFL category who actually compete in the district tournament may enter 2 additional entries in the tourament. |
| District Tournament Registration | Schools are required to fill out this form to attend the district tournament. |
| Policy Debate Judge Philosophy Card | This original form is used to obtain paradigm information from judges assigned to Policy debate. 02/28/08. |
| LD Debate Judge Paradigm Card | This original form is used to obtain paradigm information from judges assigned to Lincoln-Douglas debate. 02/28/08. |
