| Chapter Manual | The NFL Chapter Manual is the most concise resource on the NFL. It contains the following information, NFL membership, Rostrum, student and instructor points, tournaments, degrees of distinction, and a general timeline of a competition year. |
| Renewal Affiliate Application | For a school that has already been a member of the NFL, fill out and return the NFL Affiliate Renewal form along with the $99.00 membership fee |
| Early Invoicing Form | Early Membership Invoicing Option |
| Application for Charter | To apply for charter member fill out this two page application and send your district committee for approval |
| Chapter Renewal Form | Current Chapter schools who are renewing their membership with the NFL should fill out this form and submit along with $99.00 |
| Application for Membership | Application for students eligible for membership, must be signed and approved by chapter advisor and principal. |
| Application Academic All-American Award | A chapter school may apply and present this award to any NFL member who meets the criteria outlined in this form. |
| NFL Interp Licensing Agreement | If you are a school download the Licensing Agreement and forward to your District Chair to obtain copies of Interp Tapes |
| NFL Instructional VHS Series Order Form | A complete listing of instructional videos available to NFL member schools |
| Credit Point Record Sheets Packet | Includes explanation, example, and 3 different credit point record sheets. Separate forms: Form 1, Form 2, Form 3 |

| Membership Record | Use to give acknowledgment of Membership and degrees obtained by each student |
