NFL Policy for Institutes
Institutional policies regarding the participating summer institute should be formed by the institute administration and sent to the attending coaches prior to the beginning of camp. These policies should outline specific rules of conduct and use privileges on the campus of your institute, ensuring that both parties understand their rights and limitations in advance. NFL suggests that institutes should re-emphasize these policies on the first day of camp. Items may include but are not limited to:
- use of computers/computer lab
- use of copy machine
- use of library
- use of dorm/housing/bedding
- use of meal plan, food card, cafeteria, and/or restaurant privileges
- air conditioning
- use of laundry mat, washer/dryer
- use of filing systems for cases, scripts, etc.
- use of instructional DVDs, videos, CDs, and other resources
The NFL National Office is not responsible in any way for lost, missing, or stolen items from an institute. The League is also not responsible for behavioral problems during the camp, and/or any violation of institute policy that may occur during the course of instruction.
NFL Policy for Full/Partial Scholarship Recipients
Institutional policies should be followed at all times throughout the course of the camp/workshop experience. Any violation of institute policies shall be handled by the administration of the institute.
