Debate coach and/or history teacher

Oakcrest School, an independent school for girls in McLean, VA, seeks a debate coach and/or history teacher for the ’06-’07 academic year. Coaching includes teaching an elective course in debate that meets twice weekly in addition to helping team members prepare for and traveling with them to tournaments.

A full time upper school history teaching position is open as well. The course load for this position includes one section of grade 9 U.S. History, two sections of grade 11 European History (one AP, one honors) and one section of grade 11 Government and Law.
