| Member Chapter Renewal | This fillin form is for schools that have either completed its three years of provisional membership, but has not met the minimum requirements for charter chapter honors, or is returning as a member chapter within five years of absence. Also includes Charter Chapters that do not meet the minimum charter membership strength requirements over a 3-year period. | Charter Chapter Renewal | Schools granted Charter Chapter membership include: A school that has been granted a provisional or member chapter for at least 1 year and has met the minimum strength requirement of 50 members and degrees within a 3-year period. Small schools with a 9-12 grade enrollment of less than 500 students shall be required to earn 25 members and degrees within a 3-year period.
