The 2012-2013 Policy Debate Topic is Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its transportation infrastructure investment in the United States.

February 2012 Public Forum Resolution Announced

Based on a nationwide vote, February’s Public Forum resolution is Resolved: Birthright citizenship should be abolished in the United States. A total of 249 schools voted for the February resolution. The winning resolution received 53% of the vote.
